iPad is not charging or is slow to charge |
-In order to charge your iPad you can try either connecting your iPad to a power outlet or connecting to a USB 2.0 port on a computer. However, note that computers generally don’t supply enough power to their USB ports to be able to charge an iPad. When this happens, a “Not Charging” message will appear. |
How can I unlock my iPad if I forgot the passcode |
-If you cannot remember the passcode, you will need to restore your device using the computer with which you last synced. This allows you to reset your passcode and resync the data from the device (or restore from a backup). If you restore on a different computer that was never synced with the device, you will be able to unlock the device for use and remove the passcode, but your data will not be present. |
